Design - Our designers have the experience and imagination to create schematic home designs for anything from entry level production homes to sprawling single family custom homes. We work with the client to meet their needs while sharing our knowledge, skills and experience. Our Architecture and Drafting department has over 240 years experience.

Design Development - Our design and engineering staff will work with the professionals preparing the Construction Documents from the completed schematic design to insure that the architecture and engineering requirements are fused to provide the most cost-effective and constructable projects possible. Preliminary structural designs are provided as needed to coordinate with the architectural designs. Challenging areas are identified, studied and resolved.

Design Refinement - Our design and construction experts will review your completed residential construction documents for errors, omissions and cost saving opportunities. We check over 200 items to insure that the Construction Drawings are complete, consistent, constructable, code compliant and cost effective. Design refinement suggestions are red-lined in the provided Construction Drawings. In addition, for each plan we generate a summary letter listing all of the red-lined items, and the estimated cost savings associated with each of the items.
