Design – Residential structural engineering design services are our forte. We have over 375 years of widely varied cumulative engineering experience. We use this knowledge and experience to prepare cost-effective, code compliant, and constructible designs while meeting performance and service ability requirements. Our designs include gravity analysis, lateral analysis for rigid or flexible diaphragm and foundation designs include conventional or post-tensioned slabs on ground, crawlspaces and basements. We also design specialty structures such as masonry fences, retaining walls, scour walls, ramadas, pergolas and community structures.

Value Engineering – We use our design knowledge, forensic and field observation experience and region specific trade input to review previously designed plans and specialty structures to reduce material and labor cost using creative framing techniques and proprietary analytical procedures. The goal of value engineering is to improve constructability, to ensure code compliance and to provide the most cost efficient solution.
