Randy has spoken as a guest lecturer at Arizona State University and has authored several articles for various industry magazines.

Mark started his career in the early 80’s framing single family homes for Builders in Metro Phoenix. Upon graduation from Arizona State University, Mark employed his interest in building as a Field Superintendent for an award winning local Home Builder. His practical experience in construction led to a position designing wood trusses and framing components for a multi-state framing contractor. In 2003, Felten Group offered Mark an opportunity to utilize his experience to create Construction Documents for Residential Designs. Mark is a Registered Architect in Arizona, Colorado and Washington.

Mike has a B.S.E in Civil Engineering and an M.S. in Structural Engineering from Arizona State University. He is currently licensed in Texas and Arizona with design experience in residential construction in Arizona, Colorado, Texas, and Washington. He has experience designing with wood, concrete, steel, and post-tensioned slabs on ground.
