Greg has over 30+ years of experience in structural design and forensic evaluation of buildings. His specialty is single-family residences working with home owners, architects, production builders and trade consultants. His knowledge of construction and building codes along with understanding the needs of the builders, trades, and municipalities has led to the development of innovative solutions to the design and construction process. Greg has personally designed or overseen the design of single detached homes, multi-family homes, off-site structures, retaining walls, & forensic investigations for production buildings in Arizona, California, Colorado, Florida, Illinois, Nevada, New Mexico, South Carolina, Texas, and Utah.

Sheri has over 15 years of experience within the industry. She directs the headquarters of Felten Group and oversees the administration, IT, financial and human resources areas of the company.

Rich has over 30 years of diverse, practical and professional leadership experience with tenure in national production home building, custom home building, multi-state trade contracting, residential design and construction documentation, architecture and engineering, as well as materials manufacturing. Rich’s entire career has evolved around the residential construction industry, starting as a youth working for his family’s home building operation. His original educational pursuit targeted mechanical engineering, however, his unique ability to transform people’s dreams into livable, construction-friendly homes redirected him to architectural design, CAD and home building. Rich has personally been involved in projects throughout Arizona, Colorado, Nevada and Washington.

Tony has worked in structural design in the home building industry since 1998 creating construction documents, calculations and structural details for a multitude of national and local home builders. He has experience in wood, masonry, concrete, post-tensioned slabs on ground, steel design and forensic engineering inspections. Tony is licensed in Arizona, Colorado, Florida, Illinois, Indiana, Michigan, New Mexico, and Ohio.

David has been working in structural design within the home building industry since completing his BSCE at the University of Arizona in 1997.  His experience includes creating construction documents, spreadsheet and AutoCAD customization, stand-alone applications utilizing Visual Studio .NET, performing forensic engineering inspections, and expert testimony during arbitration. He has experience designing with wood, masonry, concrete, post-tensioned slabs on ground, and steel. David is licensed in Arizona, California, Colorado, Connecticut, Georgia, Florida, Hawaii, Idaho, Indiana, Iowa, Kansas, Kentucky, Louisiana, Maine, Maryland, Massachusetts, Minnesota, Missouri, Montana, Nebraska, Nevada, New Jersey, New Mexico, New York, North Carolina, Ohio, Oklahoma, Oregon, Rhode Island, South Carolina, Tennessee, Texas, Utah, Vermont, Virginia, Washington, Wisconsin, Wyoming, and the District of Columbia. He is separately licensed as a Structural Engineer in Arizona and Georgia and in combination with his Civil Engineering licenses in Idaho, Minnesota, Nevada, Oklahoma, Vermont and Utah.  He currently carries the CalOES Safety Assessment Program (SAP) certificate until 2029.

Jacob has been with Felten Group for over 10 years and directs the Washington Office. He graduated with a B.S.M.E. from Brigham Young University in 2006 and has since earned his P.E. in Civil Engineering. Jacob is currently licensed in Arizona, Colorado, Idaho, Nevada, Oregon, Texas and Washington.
